Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space just for you—where you can feel supported, understood, and not alone in what you’re carrying. Sessions are one-on-one and tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
Many of the clients I work with have experienced trauma, difficult relationships, or patterns that feel confusing or overwhelming. You may not have the words for it yet, and that’s okay. We will go at your pace, creating a space where you feel safe enough to begin exploring what you’ve been through and how it’s impacting you now.
During the initial assessment, I will take time to get to know you—your story, your background, and what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your goals and gently explore any concerns related to safety or support. If needed, we will create a safety plan together so you feel more secure both in and outside of sessions.
Each client has a treatment plan. This is a collaborative and flexible roadmap that outlines your goals, what you want to work through, and how we will support your progress. For many clients, this includes building coping skills, understanding relationship patterns, processing past experiences, and reconnecting with a sense of safety and self-trust.
Therapy with me is not about rushing or pushing—it’s about helping you make sense of your experiences, feel more grounded, and move toward a life that feels safer, more stable, and more like your own.

Therapy for HER
Individual therapy that focuses on helping you reconnect with yourself and what truly matters to you. Together, we work on setting healthy boundaries, practicing self-care, embracing uncertainty, and building a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
This work is about more than coping—it’s about learning to trust yourself again, developing self-love, instilling hope, and prioritizing your heart in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
Whether you’re navigating difficult relationships, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy offers a space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and feel supported.

Family Therapy
Family therapy involves some or all members of a family coming together to strengthen relationships and improve communication. Often, there is an identified client who begins with individual therapy, and family members are invited into sessions as needed to support progress and address shared concerns.
The goal of family therapy is to create a more supportive and connected family system. Together, we work on developing healthy boundaries, building effective communication skills, and understanding patterns that may be impacting relationships.
Family therapy can be especially helpful when navigating unique challenges, transitions, or ongoing conflict within the family. Sessions provide a space where each person can feel heard, while also learning new ways to relate to one another with more understanding and respect.
My approach is collaborative, structured when needed, and always trauma-informed—helping families move toward greater stability, connection, and emotional safety.

Therapy for Parents
Parenting can be both rewarding and overwhelming. Therapy for parents is a supportive space to navigate challenges, build confidence, and feel more equipped in your role.
Together, we focus on positive parenting strategies, understanding your child’s needs, and responding to behaviors in ways that feel effective and aligned with your values. I also support parents with school-related concerns, including educational advocacy, as well as guiding new and teen parents through the unique challenges they may face.
Whether you’re managing difficult behaviors at home or school, adjusting to a new stage of parenting, or simply looking for more support, therapy can help you feel more confident, supported, and connected in your parenting journey.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps you process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. When something overwhelming happens, it can feel “stuck” in the mind and body, showing up as anxiety, triggers, or negative beliefs.
EMDR helps your brain reprocess these experiences so they feel less intense and no longer impact you in the same way.
We move at a pace that feels safe for you, starting with building coping skills and grounding before moving into deeper work. You remain in control throughout the process.
EMDR can help with trauma, anxiety, distressing memories, and relationship experiences, including emotional or psychological abuse.
